Inventory, Shipping, Returns and Anodize/Powder Coat Policies

Inventory:

Orders will ship within 48 hours if the parts are in stock. An item will still be able to be purchased even if it isn't in stock. We do not have an "Out of Stock" or "Back Ordered" feature on our site. If you are needing an item by a deadline, please contact us at 801-483-2389 to check availability and allow us to work with you.

Shipping Rates and Times:

To find the cost of shipping, select your model and select the item you would like to purchase and put it in your cart. Go to "Check out" and enter your location (state/country) and postal/zip code and then you will see what shipping options are available to you before entering all of your information at check out.

Selecting an express shipping option such as: UPS 2nd day air, next day air or USPS priority mail 1 or 2 day, is no guarantee that you will receive the item in the express shipping option time frame as it may be out of stock at the time you placed the order. Once the item is in stock, it will ship via the shipping option that you chose. We are closed on the weekends. An order placed on Friday after 3PM MST will not ship until Monday assuming the item is in stock.

Your order status will be updated with a tracking number when the label has been printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to show up in the carriers system.

Once the package is in transit you will not be able to change the delivery address. Any changes to the address due to errors in the information provided, or requests to change the delivery address will result in additional fees. Address change requests are no guarantee that the courier will be able to make the change and any fees associated with it will not be refunded if the change was not successful on the couriers’ part.

UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

If we can not ship via post office due to weight, size or dimensions we will ship UPS which requires a physical address. 

We do not require a signature for delivery. If you would prefer to have a signature required, please contact us and we will be more than happy to grant your request.

International Shipments:

Please provide as much of the following information as possible:

Full name, address, city, state/province/municipality zip/postal code, phone number, email address and country.

We ship Priority Mail International if possible, if the package(s) are too heavy or exceed their size limitations we will send UPS.

You are responsible for paying any, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other charges associated with importing the product into you country. If you have any questions about importing products into your country, please contact your local customs office.

Canadian Customers

You are responsible for paying any taxes, charges or fees associated with importing the product into your country.

Provinces are subject to either: Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Goods and Services Tax (GST) and in some provinces both GST and PST.

This is a rough percentage of additional amount in taxes that will need to be paid by you upon receiving the product. Please contact your local customs office to verify.

Alberta-Subject to GST of 5%

British Columbia-Subject to GST and PST for a total of 12%

Manitoba-Subject to GST and PST for a total of 12%

New Brunswick-Subject to HST of 15%

Newfoundland and Labrador-Subject to HST of 15%

Northwest Territories-Subject to GST of 5%

Nova Scotia-Subject to HST of 15%

Nunavut-Subject to GST of 5%

Ontario-Subject to HST of 13%

Prince Edward Island-Subject to HST of 15%

Quebec-Subject to GST and QST (Quebec Sales Tax) for a total of 14.975%

Saskatchewan-Subject to GST and PST for a total of 11%

Yukon-Subject to GST of 5%

Please be aware that UPS charges brokerage fees upon delivery to you. We recommend you select Priority Mail International if possible as this will reduce the fees associated with importing the product into your country.

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the product.

Products returned must be in the same condition they were received in. Any modifications or alterations made to the product will void any possible refund.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Any custom anodize/powder coat on returns or cancellations will not be refunded. 

Once the product has been received by us and inspected we will issue the refund minus the initial shipping cost.

Custom Anodize/Powder Coat

Selecting the custom Black anodize/powder coat finish can take up to three weeks before the item(s) ship out.

Any changes to the custom anodize/powder coat process must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or there will be additional fees.

If you wish to cancel the anodize/powder coat you selected on your order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or the anodize/powder coat charge will not be refunded.
