Your Pioneer 1000-5 earns its keep carrying people, tools, and loads over ground that wasn't made for driving. Underneath all of that sits the engine, the DCT transmission, and the frame that holds it together, and every rock or stump you clear is aimed right at them. This set covers the full underside from the front bash plate back, so a hard hit on the job or on the trail doesn't turn into an expensive repair.

Built for the redesigned 2022+ Honda Pioneer 1000-5 with Honda's updated chassis and suspension. Not compatible with 2016-2021 models.

Built From The Good Stuff

Pick the level of protection that fits how you use your Pioneer. Every option is designed, cut and formed to fit the Pioneer 1000-5 frame.

• Aluminum: 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum throughout. Rigid enough to shrug off hard hits and light enough that it won't cut into your hauling capacity.
• Aluminum plus UHMW: 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top. You get the strength of aluminum with a slick surface that slides over rocks and logs instead of catching.
• UHMW: 3/8" UHMW frame skids that glide over obstacles and soak up impacts for a quieter ride. The front bash plate stays aluminum and comes powder coated black for free to match.

• Choosing the UHMW option? Your aluminum front bash plate is powder coated black for free, so there's no need to select the powder coat option.
• Powder coat is only available in black and may add 1-2 weeks to your ship time.
