Shipping Policy
Inventory
Orders ship within 48 hours when parts are in stock. Items remain available for purchase even when out of stock, as our site does not use an "Out of Stock" or "Back Ordered" feature. If you need an item by a specific deadline, please call us at 801-483-2389 so we can check availability and work with you.
Shipping Speed
Choosing an express option (UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail 1-Day or 2-Day) does not guarantee delivery within that timeframe, as the item may be out of stock at the time your order is placed.
Once your item is in stock, it will ship using the method you selected at checkout. We reserve the right to change the shipping method at our discretion. Your order status will update with tracking once the label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear in the carrier's system.
Once a package is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. Any changes required due to errors in the address you provided, or any requested address change after shipment, may result in additional fees.
Address change requests are not guaranteed to be completed by the courier, and any fees charged for the attempt are non-refundable if the courier is unable to make the change. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes; if an item cannot ship via USPS due to weight, size, or dimensions, we will ship it via UPS, which requires a physical address.
Signature confirmation is not required by default. If you would like to require a signature on delivery, please contact us and we're happy to set that up.
International Shipments
Please provide as much of the following as possible: full name, address, city, state/province/municipality, zip/postal code, phone number, email address, and country.
We ship via Priority Mail International when possible. If a package exceeds weight or size limits for that service, we will ship via UPS instead.
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges related to importing the product into your country. Please contact your local customs office with questions about import requirements.
