Complete Skid Plate Armor Kit | Toyota Tacoma

Complete Skid Plate Armor Kit | 2016-2022 Toyota Tacoma

Why piece it together when you can armor up the whole underside at once? Ricochet's Complete Skid Plate Armor Kit covers your Tacoma from the front bumper back to the fuel tank, protecting your engine, transmission, transfer case, fuel tank, and front suspension in one bolt-on package. It's full coverage for drivers who plan to use their truck the way Toyota built it to be used.

What's In The Box

• Heavy duty front bash plate and engine skid plate
• Transmission skid plate
• Transfer case skid plate
• Fuel tank skid plate
• Supporting cross member
• Left and right lower control arm guards
• Cat tube bolt rock blocks
• All mounting hardware

Fitment Notes

• Fits most 2016-2022 Toyota Tacoma models.
• Not compatible with lifts over 3 inches.
• Not compatible with a differential drop.
• Does not fit the Double Cab Long Bed Tacoma.
• The fuel tank skid plate mounts using the factory Toyota fuel tank straps with mounting studs. Some Tacomas did not come with a factory fuel tank skid. If yours didn't, you'll need to purchase the Toyota tank straps with mounting studs to install this plate.

Built From The Good Stuff

Every plate in this kit is cut and formed from .250" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum. That's a full quarter inch of protection under your truck, strong enough to carry its weight across rocks and ledges, yet dramatically lighter than a steel setup of the same coverage. It won't rust, stands up to mud, water, and road salt, and slides over obstacles rather than catching on them.

Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade

Finish off your build with a tough black powder coat. Go all in on every piece, or just coat the parts people actually see.

• Complete (all pieces): add $250
• Visible pieces (front bash plate and lower control arm guards): add $105
• Powder coated orders may add 1-2 weeks to ship time
