Our full frame skid plate set with bash plate wraps your entire undercarriage from the front bash plate all the way through the frame skids - giving you complete bottom-end protection on the trails that matter most. What's Included

Full frame skid plate set with front bash plate covers the entire undercarriage on all 2024 Polaris Xpedition ADV 5 models, plus all mounting hardware. Please note this kit is designed for the 2024 ADV 5 only and is not compatible with the Xpedition XP models.

Aluminum Skid Plates

Constructed from 3/16" 5052-H32 marine-grade aluminum - renowned for its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and ability to absorb repeated impacts without cracking or deforming. Lightweight yet incredibly tough, aluminum is the go-to choice for riders who want maximum durability and a sleek factory look straight out of the box. Compatible with the optional black powder coat upgrade.

1/2" UHMW Skid Plates

Ultra-High Molecular Weight polyethylene - incredibly tough and self-lubricating. Absorbs and deflects impacts without transferring shock to your ADV 5 frame. The naturally slick surface glides over rocks, roots, and obstacles with ease rather than grabbing and transferring impact energy. Ideal for riders in rocky or rooty terrain who want a quieter, smoother ride. Please note: the front bash plate on the UHMW option is constructed from 3/16" aluminum and comes standard with a black powder coat finish - no upgrades needed and no powder coat option is available for this configuration.

Optional Black Powder Coat Finish

Available on the aluminum option only. Add our powder coat upgrade at checkout to change the color of your front bash plate and frame skids for an additional $220. Available in black only.

Please note: Powder coat orders may add 1–2 weeks to shipping time. This upgrade is not available for the 1/2" UHMW configuration as the bash plate already comes standard with a black powder coat finish.
