Nice piece of kit. Seems well made. Fitment was good. The front mounting bolts heads do not sit flushly on the skidplate when installing. Should not affect performance. Would recommend.

Installation was super simple, fits right on my KLX 300R as advertised, no complaints ! Product is strong and sturdy, have taken it in the dirt a few times already, no issues whatsoever. Appears to be something I'll have for a long time.

Bottom 4 bolts lined up perfectly, two that connected to frame were a little hard to get right. All in all a really nice well built product.

Direct bolt on. Fit perfectly and easy to install on 2020 KLX300R. Very sturdy design. Only negative is the edges are pretty rough and should be sanded down to keep from getting cut. Easy to do though and only took about a minute to clean it up.

Skid plate is a perfect fit, protects all the important areas thanks to the wide wings that curve upward protecting the water pump and hoses. Quality of plate is excellent, no worries about it not holding up to any task that I can throw at it. Only issue is the front mounting brackets, they are a bear to get on right, and even more tedious to get the screws placed properly. Word of advice find something (soft material like rubber) to wedge between bracket and engine case so that when pressure is applied when installing screws the bracket don't lift up making it impossible to tighten. Also be prepared to discard the bit after installation it more than likely will be stripped if you torque the bolts down to spec.

This fits my 2020 KLX300R perfect. Very nice figment and easy to install. It covers the engine cases very well for the serious Idaho riding from rocky and root woods riding.

This plate is heavy duty and high quality. Can ride with confidence now knowing my bike is protected. Easy install, just couldn’t get the left side frame rail clamp to mount flush (no problem with right side) but not like it’s going anywhere.
