I bought skid plates for our 400 & 450 kodiaks 5 years ago and we put them to the test. So when we bought our 700 kodiaks I knew I wanted American made aluminum for them . And by the way , our older 400/450 went to our sons and there still putting the ricochet skids through the paces with zero complaints.
