I think I looked at every a-arm guard on the market. I liked the idea of the plastic ones, but I thought they were all so ****, with the exception of the oem guards. The oem ones, however, were absurdly priced. I found the Ricochets and they look great, function well, and are easy to put on and take off if needed. I did have some issues with these contacting my brake calipers and causing a soft braking issue on the trail. My machine is lifted with shock brackets and additional pre-load so that likely is part of the issue for me. I ended up taking them to work and rounding the corners down with a grinder so they couldn’t touch my calipers anymore. I would recommend checking the clearances VERY closely when you install them. Turn the wheels full left and right and maybe even use a floor jack to flex the suspension a bit on both sides and make sure everything is clear, particularly if you’re lifted or have other modifications.
