Every panel starts as 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum, a marine-grade alloy that shrugs off impacts without work-hardening and cracking the way cheaper stock does. It's light enough that you won't feel it, strong enough that you'll forget it's even a concern, and it's shaped specifically for the Rincon 680's frame and suspension geometry, so there's no drilling, no trimming, and no guessing.
