Full Frame Skid Plate Set with Rock Sliders & A-Arm Guards for Polaris RZR 900 Trail, Premium and Ultimate (2015-2024)

The RZR 900 Trail, Premium, and Ultimate models are built for width-restricted trails, with a narrow 50-inch stance on a 79-inch wheelbase, and that tight, rocky terrain puts rocks, stumps, and roots right at frame height. This full frame skid plate set armors your RZR 900 Trail, Premium, or Ultimate from the frame to the A-arms and CV boots, with rock sliders to take the hits along the rocker, so a rough line costs you a scrape instead of a repair.

Which Machines Does This Fit?

This set fits the 50" wide Polaris RZR 900 Trail, Premium, and Ultimate models. Polaris has sold them under a few names over the years: RZR 900 (2015-2019, including the EPS Trail), RZR Trail 900 and Trail 900 Premium (2020), and RZR Trail Sport, Premium, and Ultimate (2021 on). It is not for the wider 60" RZR S 900 or RZR Trail S 900.

Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Every piece in the set is aluminum. Strong, rigid, and built to take heavy impacts on the trail.
• Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer on the Frame Skids (-P): Only the frame skids get the upgrade. They are 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer added for extra impact absorption and a slick surface that glides over rocks and obstacles. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.
• Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids (-U): The frame skids are made from thick 1/2" UHMW plastic that is self-lubricating and slides over rocks and ledges instead of grabbing them. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.

• Visible: A-arm guards and rock sliders powder coated for an additional $110. Great choice if selecting the 1/2" UHMW option and want all aluminum pieces black
• Complete: front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and frame skids powder coated for an additional $200
