Full Frame Skid Plate Set with Front Bash Plate for Polaris RZR 900 Trail, Premium and Ultimate (2015-2024)

The RZR 900 Trail, Premium, and Ultimate run a narrow 50-inch stance on a 79-inch wheelbase, built to thread width-restricted trails where rocks, stumps, and ledges meet the frame and engine area first. This full frame skid plate set covers the underside from the front bash plate back, so a hard hit costs you a scrape instead of a dented frame and a trail day cut short.

Which Machines Does This Fit?

This set fits the 50" wide Polaris RZR 900 Trail, Premium, and Ultimate models. Polaris has sold them as the RZR 900 (2015-2019, including the EPS Trail), the RZR Trail 900 and Trail 900 Premium (2020), and the RZR Trail Sport, Premium, and Ultimate (2021 on). It is not for the wider 60" RZR S 900 or RZR Trail S 900.

Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Every piece in the set is aluminum. Strong, rigid, and built to take heavy impacts on the trail.
• Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer on the Frame Skids: Only the frame skids get the upgrade. They are 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer added for extra impact absorption and a slick surface that glides over rocks and obstacles. The front bash plate stays 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum.
• Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids are made from thick 1/2" UHMW plastic that is self-lubricating and slides over rocks and ledges instead of grabbing them. The front bash plate stays 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.

Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade

Why ride with bare metal when you can black it out? Add a black powder coat finish to your front bash plate and frame skids for an additional $125. Powder coating is available in black only.

Powder coating is available on the aluminum kits only, since UHMW can't be powder coated. Powder coat orders may add 1-2 weeks to your shipping time. Worth the wait.
