The longer wheelbase of a Commander MAX gives it more frame hanging between the axles, which makes it easier to catch on ledges, stumps, and crests. This full frame skid plate set with bash plate covers that exposed middle and the nose in aircraft grade aluminum, so the hit lands on the plate and not on your frame.
