At 64 inches wide, the Talon 1000X is built for tight, twisty woods trails where you're threading between trees, hopping roots, and crawling over rock gardens at speed. That's a lot of low-hanging hardware meeting a lot of hard ground. This complete set covers the frame, A-arms, rear linkage, and rocker panels, so you can keep attacking the trail without worrying about what's underneath.

Built From The Good Stuff

Pick the level of protection that fits how you ride. Every option is designed, cut and formed to fit the Talon 1000X frame.

• Aluminum: 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum throughout. Takes hard hits without weighing down your suspension.
• UHMW: 1/2" UHMW frame skids that slide over rocks and logs and soak up impacts for a quieter ride. A-arm guards, trailing arm guards, and rock sliders stay aluminum for full strength where you need it most.

Choose Your Rock Slider Coverage

Go with full rock sliders for maximum rocker protection, or pick the mini sliders for a lighter, lower-profile option that still guards against trail damage.

Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade

Give your Talon a clean, blacked-out look that holds up trail after trail.

• Aluminum set: Full black powder coat on the front bash plate, A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids for an additional $215.
• UHMW set: Black powder coat on the A-arm guards, trailing arm guards, and rock sliders for an additional $155.
• Partial powder coat is only available with the UHMW option. It is not available for aluminum sets.
• Powder coat is only available in black and may add 1-2 weeks to your ship time.
