Full Frame Skid Plate Set | Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Trail Boss Crew

Full Frame Skid Plate Set with Front Bash Plate for Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Trail Boss (2021-2025)

A Ranger Crew XP 1000 Trail Boss carries six riders and a loaded bed down long trails, and the frame and engine area sit right where rocks, stumps, and ruts come up under the nose. This full frame skid plate set covers the underside from the front bash plate back, so a hard hit costs you a scrape instead of a dented frame and a crew waiting on a tow.

Which Machine Does This Fit?

This set fits the six-seat Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000 Trail Boss, including the NorthStar Trail Boss Edition (2021-2025).

What's In The Box

• Full frame skid plate set with front bash plate
• All mounting hardware, including our proprietary hardware for a tight, secure bolt-on fit

Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Every piece in the set is aluminum. Strong, rigid, and built to take heavy impacts on the trail.
• 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids are made from thick 1/2" UHMW, an ultra high molecular weight plastic that is very resistant to abrasion and slides over rocks and ledges instead of grabbing them.

Not sure which setup fits how you ride? Contact us and we'll help you choose.

Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade

Why ride with bare metal when you can black it out? Add a black powder coat finish to your front bash plate and frame skids for an additional $140. Powder coating is available in black only.

UHMW can't be powder coated, so powder coating is for the all-aluminum build. Powder coat orders may add 1-2 weeks to your shipping time. Worth the wait.
