Hybrid -- 3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer (-P): Our hybrid option adds a self-lubricating UHMW plastic layer that slides over rocks and debris with ease -- great for mixed terrain riders who want the strength of aluminum with added glide.

1/2" UHMW (-U): A thick, lightweight, self-lubricating skid plate that glides over rocks and roots with ease. Ideal for riders who spend a lot of time on rocky or rooted trails. Available on 2021-2025 models only.
