The RZR Trail S 1000 packs 100 horsepower into a 60-inch-wide machine built for tight, rocky trails, and on those lines the frame, suspension, and sides take hits from every ledge and stump along the way. This complete set gives you full underbody protection from front to back, so a hard hit costs you a scrape instead of a repair.

This set fits the 2022-2023 Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 Premium and Ultimate.

What's In The Box

• Full frame skid plate set with front bash plate and integrated rock sliders
• Front and rear A-arm and CV boot guards
• All mounting hardware, including our proprietary hardware for a tight, secure bolt-on fit

Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Every piece in the set is aluminum. Lightweight, strong, and built to take heavy impacts on the trail.
• Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer on the Frame Skids: Only the frame skids get the upgrade. They are 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer added so they slide over rocks and ledges with minimal resistance. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.
• Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids are made from thick 1/2" UHMW, an ultra durable plastic that slides over rocks and ledges instead of grabbing them. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.

Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade

Give your aluminum pieces a sleek, finished look. We offer black powder coat in black only, in two levels of coverage.

• Visible: A-arm guards and rock sliders powder coated for an additional $110. Great choice if selecting a UHMW option and want all aluminum pieces black
• Complete: front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and frame skids powder coated for an additional $200

UHMW can't be powder coated, so Complete is for the aluminum kits. Powder coat orders may add 1-2 weeks to your shipping time. Worth the wait.
