The RZR XP 1000 High Lifter is built to power through deep mud on 29.5-inch tires, and in the muck you can't see the rocks, stumps, and logs hiding underneath, so the frame and suspension take hits you never see coming. This complete set armors your frame, front and rear suspension, and sides in one kit, so a hard hit costs you a scrape instead of a repair.

Which Machine Does This Fit?

This set fits the two-seat Polaris RZR XP 1000 High Lifter, sold as the RZR XP 1000 EPS High Lifter Edition for 2015-2017, 64" wide with a 90" wheelbase.

Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Every piece in the set is aluminum. Strong, rigid, and built to take heavy impacts on the trail.
• Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer on the Frame Skids: Only the frame skids get the upgrade. They are 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer added for extra impact absorption and a slick surface that glides over rocks and logs. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.
• Aluminum with 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids are made from thick 1/2" UHMW, an ultra high molecular weight plastic that is very resistant to abrasion and slides over rocks and logs instead of grabbing them. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.

Why ride with bare metal when you can black it out? We offer black powder coat in black only, in two levels of coverage.

• Visible: A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, and rock sliders powder coated for an additional $130. Great choice if selecting a UHMW option and want all aluminum pieces black
• Complete: front bash plate, A-arm guards, rear linkage guards, rock sliders, and frame skids powder coated for an additional $229

UHMW can't be powder coated, so Complete is for the aluminum kits. Powder coat orders may add 1-2 weeks to your shipping time. Worth the wait.
