Complete Skid Plate Set | Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar

Full Frame Skid Plate Set with Rock Sliders & A-Arm Guards for Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar (2018-2025)

Your Ranger was built for the rough stuff, and the NorthStar Edition adds the factory cab and comfort on top, but it still crosses the same rocks, ruts, and rough ground as any working XP 1000. This complete set covers your underbody in one kit, with full armor, rock sliders, and CV boot guards custom-fit to your Ranger, so you can push harder knowing the parts that matter are protected.

Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: The go-to for riders who want maximum strength and a clean, finished look. It shrugs off rocks, roots, and hard landings without adding significant weight.
• Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer on the Frame Skids: The best of both worlds. Only the frame skids get the upgrade. They are 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top that takes the abuse and keeps you moving.
• 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: The frame skids are made from thick 1/2" UHMW, an ultra high molecular weight plastic that is self-lubricating and slides over obstacles instead of catching on them, a favorite for tight technical trails and rock crawling. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.
