Choose Your Material

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aircraft Grade Aluminum: Built tough, built to last. It takes the abuse of rocks, roots, and hard landings while keeping weight in check, the classic choice for riders who want strong protection and a clean, finished look.
• Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Layer: Why choose? The frame skids pair the structural strength of 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer that absorbs impact and keeps sliding. All other pieces in the set stay 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum.
• 1/2" UHMW Frame Skids: Thick 1/2" UHMW is an ultra high molecular weight plastic that is self-lubricating and slides over obstacles instead of snagging on them. If you spend your time on tight technical trails or rock crawling, it lets you keep moving when aluminum would hang you up.

Make It Yours | Black Powder Coat Upgrade

Want it blacked out? Add a black powder coat finish to your front bash plate and frame skids for a clean, aggressive look that ties the whole build together, for an additional $120. Powder coating is available in black only.

UHMW can't be powder coated, so powder coating is for the aluminum kits. Powder coat orders may add 1-2 weeks to your shipping time. Worth the wait.
